Kathleen Weber
M. Ed., EFT
Certified Emotional Freedom Techniques Practitioner/Wellness Coach
Kathleen's passion is empowering youth and adults to break free from stuck patterns, release survival stress, and create a life that feels calm, connected, and in control. She uses a collaborative approach with her clients, meets them exactly where they are emotionally, and supports them with deep empathy and safety.
With her extensive career in education as a School Counselor, she understands developmental stages, the school culture, and the significance of providing a safe space for youth.
Clinical Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), commonly known as ‘tapping,’ is an evidence-supported modality that uses acupressure tapping to reduce physiological markers of stress, such as lowering cortisol. When stress levels are reduced, emotions become more regulated and it becomes easier to access logical thinking. When the body is calm, the emotions and thoughts follow along.
